TODAY IN 7B: WEEKLY MASS w/Fr. TODAY IN 7B: PE ENG 7-1: SMARTBOARD U.1 Vocab Class Review; review of Concrete Details vs. Commentary; and instruction on how to revise CDs  ENG 7-2: SMARTBOARD U.1 Vocab Class Review; Concrete Details & Commentary PowerPoint lesson with "fill-in-the-blank" accompanying notes ENG 8-1 and 8-2: After a "simulation" of the process, individual students met in their Letter Groups to present & share the research on their previously assigned topics---all students took notes on each student presentation  RELIGION: students worked with a partner to collaboratively create Study Guides for pp.311-314 (The Bible and You; How the OT and the NT Were Put Together) from the text and their graphic notes SPANISH LITERATURE: students reread "The Three-Century Woman" and "The Fall of the Hindenburg" and completed the Fiction/Nonfiction work from packet HOMEWORK for 9-13-18: ENGLISH 7-1, 7-2, 8-1, AND 8-2: REVIEW U.1 VOCAB for tomorrow

TODAY IN 7B: STAR READING TEST ENG 7-1: U.1 Spelling Test; time to restructure "I Think" opinion sentences; Concrete Detail vs. Commentary lesson---PowerPoint and notes on claim/concrete detail/commentary ENG 7-2: U.1 Spelling Test; class corrected SQRA packet (aka. Literary Analysis Test) and complete survey of answers with teacher; started notes on Abstract vs. Concrete notes  ENG 8-1 & 8-2: U.1 Spelling Test; Schema Research Groups met to review collaborative research (last night's HW) and create a common outline of pertinent information regarding your topic that will be used to share & teach your Letter Groups tomorrow ART MUSIC HOMEWORK FOR 9-12-18: ENGLISH 7-1, 7-2, 8-1, AND 8-2: Your homework is on Google Classroom---so please check the "Instructions" on GC for the details and complete your work (as was described to you in class).
