Oops!! Sorry---a few things at the end of the day changed up my regular routine and I forgot about the blog. HOMEWORK FOR 9-27-18: ENGLISH 7-1 & 7-2: bring evidence of significant work completed for your Shakespearean Newspaper (I will accept looking on your Chromebook to check your work); prepare by playing Vocabulary Workshop games for U.2 Test tomorrow ENGLISH 8-1 & 8-2: tonight would be a perfect time to use my error to take a break---Ch.6 Discussion Question will still be due (per my instructions in class) but I'm okay if you turn it in on Monday; prepare by playing Vocabulary Workshop games for U.2 Test tomorrow RELIGION: STUDY, STUDY, STUDY...tomorrow's test on Theological & Cardinal Virtues, Gifts & Fruits of the Holy Spirit; and Corporal & Spiritual Works of Mercy is a lot of memorization. (Remember, you always have the make-up test for 80% score as a back-up)

4th Spiritual Work of Mercy: BEAR WRONGS PATIENTLY TODAY IN 7B:  PE ENGLISH 7-1 & 7-2: students took and corrected U.2 Practice Spelling Test; time given to work on U.2 Vocab "Completing the Sentence"; Iambic Pentameter RAP/PowerPoint Lesson and Practice ENGLISH 8-1 & 8-2: students took and corrected U.2 Practice Spelling Test, then took a Figurative Language Quiz; time was given to work on U.2 Vocab "Completing the Sentence"; Students completed Ch.3 Discussion Question for DA and submitted hard-copy of Ch.1-3 answers RELIGION: Jesus Always meditation on James 1:19 "Always be willing to listen and slow to speak. Do not become angry easily."; class read p.323 on Theological/Cardinal Virtues + Gifts/Fruits of the Holy Spirit + Corporal/Spiritual Works of Mercy (and started Graphic Notes) SPANISH LITERATURE: students were handed back their essay responses to assist them in the Open Book Literature Assessment of "mk" by Jean Fritz

TODAY IN 7B: MONDAY MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS---Intentions done by Demyan, Megan, Anthony, and Alex AR READING and goal check ENGLISH 7-1 & 7-2: retake of U.2 Vocab Quiz for low scores; rest of class began U.2 "Completing the Sentence"; video on Iambic Pentameter; time to practice Shakespeare Snapshots & enjoyed top THIS JUST IN vocab stories ENGLISH 8-1 & 8-2: retake of U.2 Vocab Quiz for low scores; rest of class began U.2 "Completing the Sentence"; class finished Ch.5 of TDA ( The Devil's Arithmetic ) and were given time to begin HW PICTURE DAY!!
