Ms. Copeland was out sick 11/30. 7B did a *glorious* job decorating this morning! TODAY IN 7B: ADVENT PREPARATIONS: students started the day decorating the classroom  ENGLISH 7-1: completed two peer edits on their 5 Paragraph Argumentative Essays ENGLISH 7-2: re-teach Introduction and Supporting Body Paragraph lesson---students used teacher's outline to re-write these three paragraphs (HW if not completed) ENGLISH 8-1: students worked independently to fill in Source Sheet research ENGLISH 8-2: Quoting/Paraphrasing/Summarizing handout; then students worked to begin their Source Sheet research RELIGION: class took & corrected the Unit 1: Jesus: the Way, the Truth, and the Life Pretest (NOT for a grade); class read pp.2-3 and received "Sign & Return" FAMILY PACKET LITERATURE: students did a "Quickwrite" on IMPORTANT; class read pp.64-80; students completed another Quickwrite on HALLOWEEN COPELAND HOMEWORK: ENGLI
