MONDAY & TUESDAY in 7B:
  • AR READING/PE (respectively)
  • ENGLISH 7: students were given the chance to clear 1st Trimester work from binders and organize current papers; teacher led in depth lesson (with practice) on Argument Writing---the Introduction, 2 Supporting Body Paragraphs, the Counterclaim Body Paragraph (7-2 only finished the Introduction)
  • ENGLISH 8: students worked in their MLA groups to finish "Evaluating Online Sources" poster and then evaluated a given website (1/2 authentic and 1/2 bogus); teacher explained HW for researching the Holocaust to find 5 subtopics (one WILL BE a research topic)
  • RELIGION: students continued work on their Service Projects
COPELAND HOMEWORK:
  • ENGLISH 7 & 8: work independently on U.6 Vocab and Spelling Words
  • ENGLISH 8: go to Google Classroom and complete the assignment
  • ANYONE WHO DID NOT GET AN 80% OR BETTER ON U.5 SPELLING/VOCAB MAY RETAKE IT BY REQUEST ON THURSDAY, 11/29. I WILL NOT ASK  YOU IN PERSON--IF YOU WANT THIS, MAKE IT HAPPEN.
