TODAY IN 7B:
  • WEEKLY MASS with Fr. Daniel and 4th grade Mass Buddies
  • ENGLISH 7: students took, corrected, and recorded scores for U.2 Vocab Quiz; class began a lesson of Shakespeare's use of figurative language and literary devices--specifically iambic pentameter 
  • ENGLISH 8: students submitted D.A. Folders (1st discussion question for The Devil's Arithmetic); class took, corrected, and recorded U.2 Vocab Quiz; barely enough time to start reading Ch.5 of DA
  • RELIGION: Jesus in Scripture & Catholic Doctrine Assessment 
  • LITERATURE: students worked in groups on "mk" literary analysis questions
  • MINI-BREAK---done early and enjoyed a little Incredibles

7B HOMEWORK:
  • RELIGION: for those making up "Biblical Foundations" test on Monday---study hard because it's fill in the blank
  • ENGLISH 7/8: opportunity to retake U.1 Vocab Test (must email teacher BEFORE CLASS so I can print test and see me DURING English class to take do the retake)
